House Rules
Please review the following property rules applicable to all guests:
- Check-in: 1:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Advance payment is non-refundable.
- ₹5000 refundable security deposit required at check-in.
- Full payment must be made before check-in.
- Photo ID proof for all guests is mandatory.
- Guest entry in the property register is compulsory.
- No extra beds will be provided.
- Lights in the lawn & boundary area will be turned off by 11:00 PM.
- Any property damage or loss will be chargeable.
- Spitting/gutka stains will incur a ₹2000 fine.
- Pets are allowed on the property, and additional charges may apply depending on the pet
policy.
- Please cooperate with the caretaker for a pleasant stay.
Refund Policy
As per our booking terms, No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once a
booking is confirmed.
Cancellation Policy
- 50% refund if cancellation is made before 7 days of check-in
date.
- No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
